Understand heart health and engage in exercise

Students will learn about heart health and the importance of cardiovascular exercise. This hands-on lesson includes a heart-pumping obstacle course to get kids moving, followed by a craft to help them understand how the heart works. The lesson fosters physical activity and awareness of cardiovascular health.
