In this Tier 2 small-group project, 11th graders simulate a real-world job hunt by crafting cover letters, tracking applications, and conducting mock interviews. Over 300 minutes, students will refine professional communication, organizational skills, and interview techniques essential for college and career readiness.

A collaborative, in-depth project where 11th graders interview alumni, analyze authentic career journeys, and present data-driven insights on the college-to-career transition. This Tier 1 lesson helps students build research, communication, and presentation skills through a real-world capstone over multiple sessions (270 minutes each).
