In this 30-minute Tier 1 lesson for 2nd graders, students will learn what bullying is, why kindness matters, and how to stand up for themselves and others. Through engaging activities and discussions, they’ll practice empathy, identifying bullying behaviors, and brainstorm strategies to create a safe, inclusive classroom community.

In this 30-minute SEL session, 7th graders learn to identify and understand their emotions and those of others through interactive activities. This lesson builds self-awareness and empathy, crucial skills for healthy relationships and personal growth.
