A focused, one-session mindfulness lesson designed for a 7th grade student receiving individual support. Over 50 minutes, the student will learn simple mindfulness techniques to manage stress, boost focus, and cultivate emotional awareness. This session empowers her with practical tools she can use anytime to calm her mind and body.

Mindful Moments

Short, focused exercises to teach mindfulness techniques for stress reduction and emotional regulation for an individual 11th grade student. This Tier 3 session is a 30-minute individual counseling mini-session to equip the student with practical tools for emotional regulation.
