In this Tier 1 restorative circle lesson, 3rd graders will practice empathy, apology, and collaborative problem-solving to mend relationships. Over a single 35-minute session, students will learn structured steps to repair conflicts, strengthening their relationship skills aligned to CASEL frameworks.

In this Tier 2 small-group lesson for 3rd graders, students will explore peer support by sharing personal strengths and creating a group emblem celebrating each member's contribution. Over one 40-minute session, they’ll foster social-emotional skills, build friendship and teamwork, and leave with a tangible banner that represents their collective strengths.
