In this Tier 2 small-group lesson, 10th graders will analyze school climate survey data on belonging to identify patterns and develop action steps. Over a 40-minute session, students will interpret connection data, discuss root causes, and design a plan to strengthen belonging in their community.
A personalized 30-minute one-on-one session for 9th graders with the social worker to develop self-advocacy skills. The student will identify personal needs, practice respectful communication, and create a SMART goal-based action plan. This targeted support builds confidence and independence for academic and social challenges.
