Students will discuss challenges they may face, play a creative game, and engage in a hands-on activity to build a personalized self-care plan. This lesson equips them with tools to manage stress and maintain emotional well-being.
A 30-minute individual lesson designed to help a 7th-grade student with autism build flexibility skills when routines change. Through interactive activities, discussion, and a fun game, the student will learn strategies to manage unexpected shifts and control frustration. Tier 3 supports focused, personalized instruction.
An individualized coaching session focused on impulse control techniques for an 8th grader. This 20-minute session helps the student recognize triggers, practice pause-and-plan strategies, and develop a personalized impulse control plan to support emotional regulation and decision-making.
