This lesson teaches middle school students essential conflict resolution and communication skills to foster healthy peer interactions and understanding. In this one-session lesson, students will identify personal stress triggers and learn to develop individualized coping strategies through mindfulness and relaxation techniques. This lesson boosts resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being for all students (Grades 4-6).
