Begin by getting into a comfortable seated position. Take a moment to make any adjustments you need, and when you're ready, softly close your eyes. Begin to turn your awareness inwards, tuning in to your breath and your body. Intentionally release any muscles you do not need to use right now, allowing your belly to be soft so you can feel it expand as you breathe in and contract as you breathe out. As you feel yourself dropping into your body, connected to your breath, begin to envision a clear blue sky above you, all around you 360 degrees, as if you are seated on a flat plane and all that's around you is sky. Everywhere you look, it's clear and blue. Feel yourself lifting up, so that you are floating in the sky, letting your body and mind merge with the energy of the clear blue sky. Let the clear, fresh energy pass through you, feeling your mind open and clear, your body free and clear. Take a few breaths, relaxing in this energy.
