When you're ready, exhale with a sigh, really let go on that out-breath, and then return to a pattern of breathing that feels good to you. Let the air flow naturally in and out, letting your belly be loose and soft, as it naturally expands on every inhale and contracts, even if ever so slightly, on every exhale. You are where you're meant to be. This is the perfect moment for you. The perfect morning for you. Indeed, today is a miraculous day. Tune in to where there's an eagerness for the day within your heart. Let all of your attention rest on this area as you affirm, "I am ready, willing, and able to have the perfect day today." There is a deep love within and around you. You access it now. You feel this inherent love and acceptance for yourself and who you are. You know that all is well. You are where you're meant to be.
