5 Minute Meditation: Free to Be You

This video guides viewers through a 5-minute meditation focused on self-discovery and personal empowerment. It encourages individuals to embrace their unique path and use their imagination to explore different aspects of themselves.

Let yourself get into a comfortable seated position, closing your eyes and tuning in to your breath and your heart. Let your breath flow naturally and joyfully, becoming grateful to yourself for showing up for this. Affirm to yourself: "I am here, this is me now. I'm ready to get to the heart of me. I'm ready to know myself so fully, to be myself so fully." Tune in to how those affirmations make you feel, as you see before you a golden path glittering as if it is somehow a path in space made of golden dust. You begin to take steps on this path and notice that as you do, each step you take creates more of the ground beneath you, as if you truly are carving your own path. Try to experiment going off the path before you, and watch that as you take steps, more path appears under your feet. You really are blazing your own trail. In all of the universe, you have one path meant for you, no one else. No one else can take the same path as you, just as you are not meant to take the same path as anyone else. You came here to blaze your own trail. You came here to be you, freely, joyously. Imagine now that the path you are on becomes a slide, and you sit down on it like a child, putting your arms in the air and flowing freely, sliding down it through space, enjoying the wind in your hair, feeling free. This is your imagination. If you want the slide to do loop-de-loops or go straight down, you get to choose. Play around with your imagination, have fun doing this. As you slide down, you begin to discover various aspects of you along the slide: little childhood versions of you, older versions of you. As you pass through them, they merge with you, as if you are sliding down and reconnecting with all.
