Let yourself tune in to your breath and your body, letting your belly be soft and loose, just allowing the air to flow freely as you gently observe it without judgment, but instead with a sense of appreciation. You let yourself say thank you to your breath, using your heart or your mind to say it. And likewise, you use your heart or your mind, or both, to say thank you to yourself for being here, for giving yourself these 5 beautiful minutes. As you feel a sense of appreciation towards yourself, you let yourself let go of any muscles you do not need to use right now, using only what is needed, letting everything else become slack and heavy. You have every right to relax. And as you relax, let yourself listen to the following messages, allowing yourself to feel them in your body, in your heart, and in your mind.
