Begin to notice a sense of appreciation for your breath and tune in to where appreciation exists in your body. What does it feel like? Explore and identify this positive vibration and become even more thankful for it. Notice that as you do, the positive vibration expands and grows even more good feeling. Notice how good it feels to feel good. Become aware of this feeling inside your mind, appreciating your mind as it is. Feel the energy of appreciation in your mind, tuning in to the feeling of positive vibrations here. Imagine a golden light saturating every cell and every space within every cell of your mind. Become appreciative for every positive thought your mind generates. Notice how good your mind feels as you do this, and now appreciate the good feeling in your mind.
