Before we tap into our imaginations, let's close our eyes and take three deep breaths. One. Two. Three. Great job! Are you ready to use your imagination? Great! Me too! Imagine you are outside in the grass. Maybe you're at your favorite park, an enchanted forest, or even in your backyard. Wherever you are, it's happy, and the sun is shining brightly. The grass is soft and green, the sky is bright blue, and there are flowers in your favorite color everywhere. Take a deep breath in and smell the fresh-cut grass. Can you smell how fresh the air is? Take another deep breath in. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face. It's a perfect day. Imagine a tiny little ladybug friend floating down from the sky and landing gently on your shoulder. They have come to say hello. What color is your ladybug friend? Is it red? Yellow? Sparkly rainbow? Your new ladybug friend can be any color you want it to be. This is your happy place.
