You may feel sad, confused, or angry at some point in your life. These mental experiences take place in the brain and greatly impact the way we live and experience life. By taking care of our brains, we can improve our mental health and overall well-being. Therefore, we use the term "brain health" to refer to what is commonly known as "mental health."
