Slide Deck

Are You Listening?

Introduce the concept of internal warning signs in friendly terms. Ask students if they've ever felt like a little voice telling them something is going on inside their body.

Tuning Into Feelings

Explain simple examples of feelings and bodily sensations that might act as warning signals (e.g., stomach flutter, butterflies in the stomach). Encourage students to think about how they experience these sensations.

Mindful Listening

Guide students through a moment of reflection. This slide is meant to be interactive with silent reflection where students can think about their own internal signals.

Wrap-Up

Summarize the activity. Ask a few students to share if they noticed any feelings or sensations, and reassure them that all experiences are valid.
