Discuss what inner strengths are. Prompt students to share examples. Mention that everyone has qualities that can help them overcome challenges.

Visualize Your Superhero Self

Guide students through a visualization exercise where they imagine themselves as heroes. Encourage them to think about a challenge they faced and how they overcame it.

Power of Positive Affirmations
