Students will co-create a personalized behavior contract with clear expectations, measurable goals, and motivating rewards, then establish a tracking system to monitor progress.

When students have a say in their behavior goals and rewards, they feel ownership and are more likely to make positive choices. This Tier 2 support builds self-regulation and accountability.
