Encourage students to get enough sleep
This lesson aims to educate 7th graders on the importance of sleep for their physical and mental health. Students will watch a video that provides five easy tips for improving sleep quality and then work in groups to create posters that illustrate these tips. They will present their posters to the class and discuss how they can implement these tips in their own lives.
