Welcome to Boosting Your Inner Superhero

Introduce the session with energy. Emphasize that every student has unique qualities that make them a superhero. Encourage the student to think about their special strengths as we move to the warm-up activity.

Warm-Up Activity

Guide the student through the warm-up activity. Ask them to list three things they like about themselves. Use the provided Superhero Warm-Up Activity for inspiration.

Main Activity: Self-Esteem Reflection

Transition into the main activity: filling out the Self-Esteem Reflection Worksheet. Encourage discussion and reflection. Ask guiding questions to help the student articulate their unique strengths.

Cool-Down & Reflection

Conclude the session by encouraging a brief reflection. Ask the student to share one new thing they learned about themselves and reinforce the idea of their inner strength.

Session Summary

Wrap up the lesson by summarizing the importance of recognizing our own unique strengths. Encourage continuous self-reflection and positive reinforcement.
