What Are Personal Boundaries?

Introduce the concept of personal boundaries. Discuss what boundaries are and why they are important. Ask questions to prompt students to think about their own boundaries.

Examples of Boundaries

Show examples with relatable everyday scenarios and encourage students to share examples of their own experiences. Highlight the difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries.

When Boundaries Are Crossed

Explain scenarios where boundaries may be crossed and discuss with students what could be done in those situations. Ask guiding questions along the way.

Why Respect Boundaries?

Recap the lesson, ensuring students understand the importance of respecting their personal boundaries as well as those of others. Invite a few responses from the classroom.

Reflect & Share

Conclude with reflective questions, guiding students to think about practical ways they can advocate for their own boundaries or help a friend do the same.
