Set up the peer discussion. Encourage honesty and practical brainstorming. Circulate to listen in.

Explain triad roles and timing. Remind observers to use the boundary guide when giving feedback.

Lead a brief debrief: What worked? What felt challenging? Then prompt each to state one action step.
