Lesson Plan

Building a Worry Tree

Organize and manage worries

In this lesson, students will create a visual 'worry tree' to help them organize and manage their worries effectively. By externalizing their thoughts, they can gain perspective and prioritize which concerns to address now and which to let go, thus reducing anxiety. This activity is important as it empowers students to handle their emotions constructively and fosters emotional intelligence.
