Welcome students to the lesson on resilience. Explain that resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges. Highlight the importance of resilience in everyday life, such as in school, sports, and personal relationships.

Stories of Resilience

Share a story of a famous person who overcame significant challenges. Discuss the strategies they used to overcome these challenges and how they demonstrated resilience.

Resilience Role-Plays
