Calm Quest Lesson Plan

By the end of this session, the student will define anxiety, identify at least two personal triggers, and practice three calming strategies—deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and positive visualization.

This lesson builds emotional resilience by helping the student recognize and manage feelings of worry. It empowers them to self-regulate, reducing anxiety’s impact on daily school life and boosting confidence in handling stress.
