Calm Quest Lesson Plan

Over three weekly 30-minute sessions, the student will build self-awareness by labeling school-related feelings, pinpoint personal anxiety triggers, and practice selecting and explaining coping strategies.

Teaching these skills helps the student recognize anxious feelings early, empowers them with tools to self-regulate, and supports better engagement and well-being at school.
