Objectives

What Does Anger Feel Like?

Ask volunteers to describe what anger feels like physically and emotionally. Note key words on chart paper.

Things That Make Me Angry

Invite each student to share one thing that makes them angry. Record responses on the board or chart.

Coping Strategy Brainstorm

Explain the Coping Strategy Card activity. Model drawing a card and sharing an example.

Worksheet Activity

Distribute worksheets. Encourage students to work quietly but ask for help when needed. Prompt deeper thinking with questions.

Coping Strategy Charades

Organize small groups for charades. Clarify that only silent acting is allowed. Debrief after each turn.

Reflection & Cool-Down

Lead the group in deep breaths. Ask each student to share one new strategy they’ll try next time they feel angry. Close the session positively.
