Slide Deck

Celebrating Differences

Introduce the slide deck and explain that even though people look different and like different things, there are many ways that friends can share happiness and fun. Ask the students, 'What do you notice on the slide?'

A World of Interests

Show images that depict various cultural festivals, sports, arts, and family traditions. Invite students to point out what they see and share something they like.

What Makes You Special?

Encourage students to think of their own hobbies and the traditions that make their families unique. Ask guiding questions such as, 'What is something special about your culture or hobby?'

Together in Diversity

Wrap up by summarizing the idea that no matter our differences, we can all learn something from one another and enjoy being friends.
