Welcome everyone! Introduce the lesson’s goals: teamwork, nutrition facts, and endurance. Explain that we’ll alternate sprints with quick nutrition quizzes.

Relay Race Overview

Walk through each step slowly and show an icon or photo for visual learners.

Station Flow

Use arrows or simple graphics to illustrate flow. Emphasize safety when sprinting.

Nutrition Nugget: Carbohydrates

Explain difference between simple and complex carbs. Invite examples from students.
