Welcome to 'Can You Name It?'

Welcome the students to the lesson. Explain that they will be learning how to recognize and name different emotions. Mention that each slide introduces a new emotion along with the facial expression that matches it.

Happy

Discuss what it means to feel happy. Ask students to share a time they felt happy. Use gestures and visual cues to highlight positive expressions.

Sad

Talk about feeling sad; acknowledge that sadness is a normal part of life. Encourage students to express when they've felt sad and how they cope with it.

Angry

Explain what anger looks like. Stress that it's important to understand anger and learn how to express it in healthy ways.

Surprised

Introduce the emotion of surprise. Invite students to share moments of pleasant surprise they have experienced.
