Lesson Plan

Catch Mind's Tricks Lesson Plan

Students will identify and name at least three common cognitive thinking traps (e.g., all-or-nothing thinking, overgeneralization) and practice applying evidence-based strategies to challenge these traps in real-life scenarios.

Understanding thinking traps empowers students to critically evaluate their own thoughts, reduces negative emotions, and builds resilience. Developing these self-awareness skills supports better decision-making and emotional regulation across academic and personal contexts.
