Cheer Basics Blast Lesson Plan

Cheer Champions Journey Unit Plan

Over 8 weeks, elementary students (ages 7–10) will master cheer jumps, chants, and motions while developing teamwork, confidence, communication, growth mindset, leadership, and reflection skills through SEL-infused activities and leadership roles.

This unit blends physical cheerleading fundamentals with social-emotional learning and leadership practice to boost fitness, school spirit, self-awareness, and collaborative skills in elementary youth (ages 7–10).
