Students will engage in icebreaker activities, reflective sharing, and a guided mindfulness practice to decompress after state testing, build peer connections, and practice emotional regulation.
Post-test stress can impact students’ well-being and engagement. This session helps 7th graders relax, reconnect with classmates, and develop self-awareness strategies to support emotional health and classroom community.
