This is the title slide. Introduce the lesson title and set an inviting tone for the session.

Why is Calmness Important?

Explain the importance of calmness and ask students when they might need to calm down. Encourage sharing examples in a supportive way.

Deep Breathing Exercise

Introduce the deep breathing technique. Use the Calming Breaths Activity from the lesson plan. Remind kids to take slow, deep breaths and visualize blowing away their worries.

Visualization Practice

Guide the students through a simple visualization technique. Encourage them to imagine a peaceful place like a beach or a garden. Connect the imagery to the visualization guide referenced in the lesson plan.

Discussion & Reflection

Facilitate a closing discussion on how the activities made students feel. Ask for feedback to reinforce the purpose of the exercise.
