Welcome the student and introduce today’s session. Explain that they will learn to plan, do, and reflect on a household chore in one 30-minute session.

Ask the student to share which chores they already do at home. Highlight why chores build responsibility and time management. Then state the objective.

Provide the [Chore Planning Worksheet](#chore-planning-worksheet). Guide the student as they choose a chore, break it into steps, estimate time for each, and set start/end times.

Hand over a timer or stopwatch. Prompt the student to start and follow their plan. Only intervene if they ask for help or go off-track.

Give the student the [Chore Reflection Prompt Sheet](#chore-reflection-prompt-sheet). Use these questions to guide a brief reflection.

Congratulate the student on completing their chore and reflecting on their performance. Encourage them to keep practicing these skills at home.
