Acquire coping skills for anxiety

This lesson is designed to help a 3rd-grade student with emotional disturbance learn coping skills for managing anxiety. Through a creative and experiential approach, the student will use a coloring worksheet to identify and express where they feel emotions in their body. This activity is important as it provides a non-verbal way for the student to connect with their emotions, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.
