Greet the students warmly. Explain that today we will discover how colors can help us share and manage our feelings.

Story Time: Colors and Moods

Read the story slowly. Pause to let kids visualize each moment and ask them how Sam might feel.

Emotion Color Wheel

Show the [Emotion Color Wheel Template](#emotion-color-wheel-template). Point to each color and name the feeling. Invite students to shout out times they felt each way.

Feeling Colors Art Activity

Explain each step clearly. Model choosing your own feeling color and painting.

Sharing Our Artwork

Invite volunteers one at a time. Use gentle prompts if students are shy.

Color Breathing Exercise

Lead the breathing exercise—model inhaling and exhaling slowly.
