Students will define concentration, identify personal distractions, and learn a basic mindfulness technique to boost focus. By the end, each student will complete a self-assessment, list their top distractions, and outline two personalized strategies.

Understanding concentration and recognizing distractions empowers students to take ownership of their learning. Introducing mindfulness builds self-awareness and provides a tool for managing attention in real time.
