Students will identify personal anger triggers, recognize physical signs of anger, and practice at least two calming strategies to regulate their emotions.

Teaching anger regulation equips students with self-awareness and coping skills to manage strong emotions, reducing classroom disruptions and improving social interactions and academic focus.
