Lesson Plan

Cool Under Fire Plan

Student will identify personal teasing triggers, reshape negative thoughts, and practice calm, assertive responses through self-awareness, cognitive reframing, and role-play.

Managing teasing non-aggressively builds self-regulation, reduces conflict, and strengthens peer relationships by teaching the student to pause, reflect, and respond calmly.
