Cool Your Anger Plan

Students will identify personal anger triggers, rate their emotional intensity using an anger thermometer, and practice selecting and applying calm-down strategies through discussion and role-play.

Calm-Down Strategies

Show the Calm-Down Strategy Cards and model one strategy.

Exploring Strategies

Have students take turns drawing and discussing cards.

Role-Play Practice

Explain the role-play steps and circulate to support pairs.
