Students will explore and practice at least three evidence-based coping strategies to manage anxiety and assemble a personalized “coping compass” to navigate challenging emotions.

Transitioning to a new school can heighten anxiety. Equipping students with concrete coping tools fosters resilience, self-awareness, and a supportive peer environment.
