Lesson Plan

Customized Core Plan

Students will complete a 12-minute individualized core activation warm-up to improve trunk stability, body awareness, and readiness for exercise. Each student will perform exercises matched to their fitness level, focusing on proper form and progressive challenge.

A strong core supports posture, balance, and overall athletic performance while reducing injury risk. Individualized warm-ups ensure every 6th grader engages safely at their own ability, building confidence and healthy movement habits.
