Creating Your Personal Motivational Mantra

Introduce the lesson by explaining what a motivational mantra is. Emphasize the power of self-talk and positive affirmations. Ask introductory questions to engage the students.

What is a Mantra?

Highlight examples of motivational mantras to give students a concrete idea. Encourage them to think of words, phrases, or quotes that make them feel empowered.

Brainstorming Ideas

Guide the brainstorming session. Ask students to note down words or phrases that resonate with them personally. This slide serves as a prompt on which to build their mantras.

Create Your Mantra

Instruct students to use the ideas they've brainstormed to craft a personal mantra. Explain that there's no right or wrong way, and the mantra should be something that feels authentic and empowering.

Sharing & Reflection

Wrap up the session by inviting a few volunteers to share their mantras with the class and discuss how these affirmations might be incorporated into their daily routines.
