Introduce the topic of self-confidence and self-acceptance. Emphasize how everyone has unique qualities that make them awesome. Ask students to share one unique quality they like about themselves to create a warm, supportive classroom environment.

Play the video 'A Reason to Stop Worrying What Others Think'. Pause at key moments to highlight important messages about self-confidence and self-acceptance. Ask brief reflection questions after the video stops.

Guided Discussion

Use the provided discussion questions to facilitate a guided conversation. Encourage students to share their thoughts and validate each other's experiences.
