In this lesson, 4th graders will learn how to identify and manage their emotions through the video 'Managing Feelings & Emotions For Elementary-Middle School.' Following the video, students will participate in a role-playing activity to practice recognizing and coping with different emotions in various scenarios. This lesson is important as it helps students understand their feelings, improves emotional regulation, and enhances social interactions.
