Students will act as ‘Emotion Detectives’ to identify and understand emotions in various scenarios and practice effective regulation strategies through collaborative activities.

Building emotional awareness and regulation promotes self-confidence, improves classroom behavior, and supports academic success by helping students recognize and manage their feelings.

Welcome students. Introduce the lesson: today we become “Emotion Detectives” to understand and manage our feelings.

Warm-Up Activity

Ask for volunteers to share. Jot responses on the board to model self-awareness.

Emotion Identification Activity
