My Superpower Plan
Students will learn to notice and name their emotions, view them as superpowers, and create a personalized plan with coping strategies for self-regulation. By session end, they will identify at least three emotions and build their own ‘superpower plan’.
Naming and understanding feelings empowers students to self-regulate, reduces impulsive reactions, and builds confidence in managing emotions independently.
