Emotional Ecosystems

Students will explore the parallels between the natural water cycle and emotional regulation, using a scientific model to identify and manage their emotions by mapping personal experiences onto cycle stages.

This lesson builds scientific understanding and SEL competencies by giving students a tangible model for recognizing and regulating emotions, improving self-awareness and coping strategies within a familiar science context.
