Students will identify personal anxiety triggers, learn and practice at least three calming strategies, and assemble a personalized Anxiety Toolkit to use in stressful moments.

Helping students recognize and manage anxiety early builds emotional resilience, promotes self-care, and equips them with lifelong strategies for stress reduction and mental well-being.
